RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your DEKADRON purchase. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item, please review the policy below. Our customer support team is always available to assist you at info@dekadron.com.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly issue a replacement or refund, provided that:

  • The item is returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
  • It is in its original resalable condition, with all original tags attached.
  • It has not been used, worn, washed, or altered.

To ensure a smooth return process:

  • Please pack your returned items securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • We highly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as DEKADRON will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Returns received after 30 days will qualify for a store credit or gift card instead of a refund.
  • Returns that do not meet the outlined criteria will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Returns Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process the refund within 1-3 business days (excluding any shipping costs). Refunds may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

For exchanges, upon receiving and inspecting your return:

  • If the item meets our return standards, we will process and ship the replacement within 3-5 business days.
  • Standard shipping times will apply.
  • If the requested exchange item is unavailable (e.g., out of stock), we will notify you via email and offer an alternative solution.

Customs & Duties

DEKADRON covers all additional customs and import duties for returns. However:

  • We have no control over local import regulations, and charges may vary from country to country.
  • Customers must take full responsibility for unpaid customs duties leading to a returned parcel. Any related costs will be deducted from the refund or store credit issued.

Missed Deliveries & Undelivered Items

  • If an item is not delivered due to the recipient not being home, it will typically be sent to the nearest depot. If uncollected, the package will be returned to DEKADRON. In such cases, we will issue a refund minus postal charges and an admin fee.
  • Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is the carrier’s responsibility to complete delivery. If your parcel is undelivered beyond the estimated delivery date, contact us at info@dekadron.com. Please allow 10 days past the ETA before requesting re-delivery or refund assistance.
